Terms of Use
These terms cover two things. The first is reading LoyalFlow and using what you find here: the articles and the tools on this site are free, and the sections on reading apply to everyone. The second is the paid LoyalFlow subscription at ai.loyalflow.cc, which drafts retention campaigns for online shops; the sections under The paid subscription apply only if you sign up for it. Last updated on September 19, 2026.
Who we are
LoyalFlow is a publication about customer loyalty, retention economics, and lifecycle marketing, owned and operated by Aerarc. Reach us at [email protected].
What the articles are, and are not
Every article here is written by Win. The figures in them are industry heuristics and worked examples, not measurements of any particular business.
Nothing on this site is professional advice — not legal, financial, accounting, tax, or regulatory advice, and not a substitute for someone qualified who knows your situation. Benchmarks, ranges and rules of thumb are illustrative. Verify them against your own data before you change a program, a budget, or a customer's terms.
The retention calculator is a teaching tool built on a simplified model. It runs entirely in your browser and we never see the figures you enter. It is not a forecast, and it should not be the basis of a financial decision on its own.
No warranty, and the limit of what we owe you
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it is accurate, complete, current, or available without interruption, and we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Acting on what you read here is your decision. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its contents — including lost revenue, lost data, or business losses. Some jurisdictions do not allow limits like these, in which case they apply only as far as that jurisdiction permits, and nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Using our content
The articles, the design and the code of this site belong to LoyalFlow. You are welcome to quote a reasonable extract in your own work, in a newsletter, in a deck, or in an AI-assisted answer, provided you attribute it to LoyalFlow and link to the article you took it from.
What is not allowed is taking the work wholesale: republishing entire articles, presenting them as your own, or building a competing archive out of them. If you want to do something the paragraph above does not obviously cover, ask us — the answer is usually yes.
Automated access, scraping, and model training
Ordinary crawling is fine and we help with it: this site publishes an llms.txt index specifically so assistants and search tools can find and cite these articles accurately. Retrieving an article to answer someone's question, with attribution and a link, is exactly what we want.
We do not currently restrict automated collection, including collection for machine-learning training. robots.txt is the authoritative statement of what crawlers may fetch, and today it permits all of them. If that changes we will change robots.txt, and this paragraph with it.
Copyright still applies to the articles themselves, so the attribution expected above applies to output built on them as much as to a direct quote.
Do not use automated access to overload the site, bypass technical restrictions, or harvest subscriber data.
Subscribing
Subscribing is optional and free, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send. We may change what we send, how often, or stop sending altogether. What we do with your address is set out in the privacy policy.
Links to other sites
Articles sometimes cite a source elsewhere. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
The paid subscription
LoyalFlow also runs a paid service at ai.loyalflow.cc. You give it your store, and it drafts email campaigns for you to review. The sections from here to Changes apply to anyone who signs up for it, in addition to the terms above.
What the service does, and does not do
The service generates campaign drafts. You read them, change what you want, and send them yourself through your own email tool. We never send email to your customers, we never connect to your customer list, and we never see who is on it.
The agent never writes efficacy or health claims, for any product category. Campaigns are limited to cadence, price and win-back messaging: when a customer is likely to reorder, what the product costs, and an invitation to come back.
Reorder windows, revenue figures and every other number the service shows are estimates. They are built from your public catalog and the figures you give us, not from your order history, and they are not a forecast. We do not promise that any campaign will bring back a customer or earn any amount of revenue.
Plans and prices
There are two plans, billed monthly in US dollars: one at $49 a month and one at $149 a month. What each includes is listed on the pricing page.
Free trial
Both plans start with a 14-day free trial. The trial requires a card up front: you enter payment details when you start it, and nothing is charged during those 14 days. When the trial ends, the subscription continues on the plan you chose and the first monthly payment is taken, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Billing and payment
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record. That means Dodo Payments is the seller of record for your subscription: it takes the payment and holds your card details. We never receive your card number and never store it. What we do keep about your subscription is set out in the privacy policy.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time through the customer portal that Dodo Payments provides for your subscription. Cancelling stops future payments. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the subscription ends then.
What you send is your responsibility
A draft becomes a campaign only when you send it, so what you choose to send is your decision. You are responsible for checking every draft before it goes out — its facts, its prices, and its claims about your products — and for complying with the marketing, email and consent laws that apply to you and your customers, including having their permission to email them.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for a store you own or are authorized to act for. Do not use it to produce email that is deceptive, that promotes anything unlawful, or that goes to people who have not agreed to receive it. Do not try to reach another account's data, get around the limits of your plan, or use automated access to overload the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used to harm someone, or whose payments fail. Where we can, we will tell you why first and give you the chance to put it right. You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription. What happens to your account records afterwards, and how to ask for them to be erased, is set out in the privacy policy.
No warranty for the service, and the limit of what we owe you
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise that its drafts or figures are accurate, complete or suitable for your store, or that it will be available without interruption, and we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Sending a campaign is your decision. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the service or from what you send with it — including lost revenue, lost customers, lost data, or business losses. Some jurisdictions do not allow limits like these, in which case they apply only as far as that jurisdiction permits, and nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means the updated terms apply. We will not apply a change retroactively to something you already did.
