Estimated from pack size or product category — not from your orders.
We read your store's public product catalog — the product names, types and listed sizes that any visitor can see. Nothing is connected to your admin, and we never see your orders or customers. It works best on Shopify stores, whose catalog is public by default; when a catalog can't be read, the preview says so and shows no reorder windows.
Each reorder window is an estimate for up to six products. When a product lists a size, such as a 250 g bag or a 60-count bottle, the window is based on how long that size typically lasts. When it does not, the window falls back to a default for the product's category. Either way it is a starting point to test against your own repeat-purchase data, not a forecast from it.
The sample campaign is one repurchase email, drafted by AI and ready to paste into your email tool. It is text only: it makes no discount offer, no code is created, and nothing is sent.
Every preview lists what it could not know. Read those lines before acting on a window — they are where an estimate from public pages is weakest. For the reasoning behind reorder-based timing, read Subscriptions vs Points: Use Reorder Variance to Decide .
